The Suno service has introduced the v4.5+ model, offering enhanced tools for music generation. Key features include the ability to work separately with vocals and instrumentals, as well as creating songs based on user playlists.
The “Add Instrumentals” option allows users to upload a vocal track (either their own or from the Suno library) and generate a full musical accompaniment. Conversely, “Add Vocals” works by allowing users to add an instrumental, and the service selects the appropriate vocals and lyrics.
The “Inspire” function creates new tracks based on the style of a selected song. The algorithm analyzes the atmosphere, tempo, and sound, then offers material that feels similar.
Developers describe v4.5+ as the “most advanced” model. According to them, it can generate compositions that sound natural and close to studio recordings.
Users who have already tested the update note the model’s speed and improved vocal quality. They also report consistent mood conveyance in stylized tracks created through “Inspire.”
