The Vercel team has introduced a new generative AI model for website development — v0-1.0-md. The model is currently in beta and available through the API for users subscribed to V0 Premium or Team. Users can interact with it using text or graphical prompts, as well as use it in their own applications or integrate it through the SDK and AI Playground.

• Specialized web-dev knowledge
• OpenAI-compatible API
• Use in Cursor, Codex, or your own app
Now in beta in the API, AI SDK, or AI Playground.
The model specializes in frontend and full-stack development tasks, including automatically correcting common coding errors. It is compatible with tools that support the OpenAI API format and can work with popular frameworks like Next.js. According to the developers, v0-1.0-md can process up to one hundred twenty-eight thousand tokens at once.
The model can already be used in environments such as Cursor and Codex, as well as in companies’ own applications. This expands the possibilities for developers to quickly create, test, and improve web projects, reducing routine tasks and time spent on fixing standard errors.
