The Recraft startup has released a new generative AI model for image creation — Recraft V3. It took first place in the “text-to-image” ranking on Hugging Face with an ELO score of 1172, surpassing models from competitors such as Midjourney and Ideogram.
Recraft V3 stands out for its ability to accurately place text within images and adjust their sizes, which is crucial for designers.
Recraft V3 also supports vector graphics generation and offers a variety of AI-based image editing tools. These include an eraser, area changes, inpaint, outpaint, AI mockuper, Creative and Clarity Upscaler, AI fine-tuning, and background removal. Users can access all model features via the web interface or mobile app.
According to Anna Veronika Dorogush, founder of Recraft, “our goal is to give designers control that allows them to achieve the precise results they envision.” Recraft offers an API for developers and companies, enabling them to integrate the technology into their applications. Users can try a free version with 50 credits per day or choose paid subscriptions starting from €10 per month.
