Users simply need to upload a video and an image, and the system naturally integrates the object into the frame. Pikadditions takes lighting, perspective, and shadows into account so the added element looks realistic. Creators are already actively experimenting, adding unexpected details to videos — from animals to fantastic characters.
Testers note that the result depends on the original video. Sometimes it takes several attempts to get the perfect combination. However, the technology has proven to be one of the best tools for animating memes and creating creative content.
The feature is available for Pika 1.5, Pika 2.0, Pika 2.1, and Pika Turbo models, as well as on iOS and Android.
