However, due to its slow performance, it is not recommended for general search queries.

The integration of the O1 model aligns with Perplexity’s strategy of providing specialized tools for advanced users. There are also rumors that Perplexity is working on new widgets for the homepage, combining information such as top news from Discover, weather updates, and stock prices.
