Scrolling once again through the endless ChatGPT history in search of the right chat, I was reminded how much I miss a built-in bookmarks feature here. And the recently added conversation search doesn’t really help much.
After digging around the internet a bit, I found a solution that satisfied me — ChatGPT Favorites Extension. This extension solves most of the problems with organizing chat history. It’s minimalist, but performs all the necessary functions even better than I expected. It needs a bit more testing, but for now, this solution fully satisfies me.
In general, the topic of bookmarks in ChatGPT deserves more thorough coverage. How do you organize chats, what methods exist, and how could bookmark integration make the experience better? I’ll need to write a full article about this…
