The Ideogram platform has announced important changes that will take effect from January 6. In particular, the free plan will now be limited to 10 credits per week, which will be renewed every Friday at midnight UTC. Users will still be able to access all current platform features, but generation times may be slightly longer due to increased demand.
Additionally, as part of this optimization, “Ideogram” will discontinue support for the old 0.2 model. Users who have already created images with this model do not need to worry—their works will not be lost.
The “Ideogram” team notes that these changes are aimed at improving the quality and speed of request processing for all users. At the same time, they invite those who need more credits or access to premium features, such as private generation, image uploads, or Magic Fill & Extend tools, to explore the paid plans.
