Elon Musk’s company xAI has launched Grok Imagine for all SuperGrok and Premium+ X subscribers on iOS. Grok Imagine enables the creation of images or 15-second videos with audio based on text or visual prompts. The service works quickly and generates new images while scrolling, and the obtained images can be animated into videos with different styles.

One of the features of Grok Imagine is the “spicy mode,” which allows the creation of adult content, including partial female nudity. However, the service sets limitations: some more explicit requests result in blurred or unavailable images. The system also applies additional restrictions when generating content featuring images of famous people.
The Grok Imagine interface is easy to use. Users can quickly get results, and the process of creating images and videos is straightforward. Currently, the quality of images of people sometimes looks a bit unnatural, for example, with skin resembling wax, but developers promise gradual improvements to the model.
Grok Imagine is positioned as a competitor to products from Google DeepMind, OpenAI, and Runway. The service already provides X subscribers on iOS with new opportunities to create images and short videos using AI.
