Google has begun the global rollout of its new video generation model Veo 3 for Gemini users in over 159 countries. Currently, the feature is only available to AI Pro plan subscribers, who can create up to three videos per day. Videos can be generated based on text prompts, with each clip lasting up to eight seconds.
The wait is over. @GeminiApp is now shipping Veo 3 *globally* for all Pro members!

That means India, Indonesia, all of Europe, and more are starting to get access to create videos right now.

Veo 3 allows for the creation of videos with audio tracks, including dialogues, background noises, and nature sounds. Google emphasizes the precise rendering of object physics and lip-syncing with speech. All generated videos have a watermark, except for clips generated by Ultra users in a special mode.
The new version Veo 3 Fast operates twice as fast as the previous model, but the maximum video quality is limited to 720p resolution. Google reported that it has reduced the number of failures during video generation and is working on an additional “photo-to-video” feature. Company representative Josh Woodward noted that this option is almost ready for launch, but the exact date is still unknown.
