Google has released information regarding usage limits for the Gemini service for different types of accounts. Users of the free version of Gemini 2.5 Pro can use up to five prompts per day, while “AI Pro” subscribers get access to 100 prompts daily. For “AI Ultra” subscribers, this limit is 500 prompts per day.
Additionally, free accounts can create up to five “Deep Research” reports and 100 AI-generated images daily. If more than 100 images per day are needed, users can upgrade to the Pro or Ultra plan and gain the ability to create up to 1,000 images per day.
In the new help center, Google has clearly specified these limitations, replacing previously vague wording. Now it’s easier for users to navigate the number of available prompts and features they can use depending on their plan.
