With these updates, users can receive live language translation in real-time directly in the Google Translate app. The system preserves the tone and rhythm of the original language, making communication more natural. This is especially useful during trips or international meetings where it is important to convey emotions and intonations accurately.
The “Search Live” feature in AI mode also benefited from the updated model. It allows users to quickly find information using voice and receive answers in a convenient format. To use translation through headphones, simply connect them to a smartphone and activate the corresponding mode in the app.
The Gemini 2.5 Native Audio update makes voice message translation more accurate and enables better understanding of the interlocutor during live dialogue. Google plans to expand access to this feature to more users soon.
