The Gemini app now allows users to add up to ten images to each request. Previously, users could upload only one photo, but this feature is now available on Android, iOS, and the web version. In mobile device galleries, you can select several photos at once, or use the built-in Gemini camera to take a new picture and add it to your current request.
The update applies to all current versions of the model, including 2.0 Flash, 2.5 Flash, and 2.5 Pro.
This change enables users to create requests with multiple images, which can be useful for analysis, comparison, or task detailing. Interacting with Gemini AI has become easier for those working with visual content or seeking more accurate responses based on various images.
The Gemini team encourages users to share their feedback and report the most common inconveniences when using the new feature. If the update hasn’t appeared in your mobile app yet, it’s recommended to force stop the app and restart it.
