Google has introduced Gemini 2.5 Flash Image — a new model for generating and editing images, now available to developers and companies through the Gemini API, Google AI Studio, and Vertex AI. Now anyone can use this model to create graphic content, regardless of the size of the business or the country where these platforms operate.
Gemini 2.5 Flash Image supports 10 aspect ratio formats, including landscape, portrait, square, and flexible options. Users can combine multiple images, maintain character consistency for stories, and edit photos with simple commands in Ukrainian or English, using the model’s knowledge.
The model allows changing clothing, poses, and other parameters of characters in photos. In the demonstration app Fit Check, users can try these features on their own photos. Gemini 2.5 Flash Image processes requests quickly — usually taking less than 10 seconds, making it suitable for interactive games and educational platforms.
Google has set a price of $0.039 per image and $30 per million output tokens. This allows organizations to integrate the model into their services for creating visual content, educational materials, or entertainment projects with minimal costs.
